Job Title: HR Executive
Job Summary:
As an HR Assistant/Executive, you will play a pivotal role in assisting various aspects of human resources within our organization. From overseeing the recruitment process to maintaining employee records and managing HR activities, you will be instrumental in ensuring smooth operations and a positive work environment.
Responsibilities:
- Manage and oversee the recruitment process, including sourcing, screening, and hiring new employees.
- Process payroll accurately and in a timely manner, ensuring compliance with relevant regulations.
- Develop and implement construction work policies in alignment with organizational goals and legal requirements.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records, including personal information, attendance, and performance evaluations.
- Conduct job analysis to determine the requirements and responsibilities of various roles within the organization.
- Coordinate and manage HR activities such as meetings, interviews, and other schedules to ensure efficiency and effectiveness.
- Develop and implement basic Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) for staff, ensuring clarity and consistency in HR processes.
- Manage leads related to HR activities, including salary negotiations, administrative tasks, and termination processes.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience working as an HR Executive or in a similar role, with a strong understanding of HR principles and practices.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact effectively with employees at all levels of the organization .
