Job Description

Key Responsibilities

  • Analyze HR data related to hiring, attrition, performance, compensation, and employee engagement.
  • Develop and maintain dashboards, reports, and HR metrics for leadership review.
  • Identify trends and provide actionable insights to improve HR effectiveness and business outcomes.
  • Support workforce planning, headcount analysis, and forecasting activities.
  • Collaborate with HR Business Partners and leadership teams to address organizational challenges using data insights.
  • Ensure data accuracy, integrity, and confidentiality across HR systems.
  • Assist in designing and improving HR processes, policies, and reporting frameworks.
  • Support audits, compliance requirements, and documentation related to HR data.
  • Work with HRIS systems to extract, manage, and analyze employee data.
  • Contribute to employee engagement surveys and interpret results to recommend improvements.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Statistics, or a related field
  • 3–5 years of experience in HR analytics, HR operations, or a related role
  • Certification in HR Analytics or HR (optional but preferred)
