The Service engineer position will be responsible for maintenance, repair and service customer production equipment and system. Location is based in Kolkata region.
What Are Your Key Responsibilities
- Support in installing, servicing and upgrading equipment in accordance with detailed instructions and work orders.
- Perform scheduled maintenance in workshop facilities or on customer installation to ensure that equipment continues to perform reliably.
- Maintain accurate service records so that performance on equipment can be monitored.

What You Bring To The Role
Education
We seek applicants who are BE / Diploma in Mechanical, Electrical or Automobile Engineering.
Experience
3 - 6 years of hands-on Services experience, preferably on port equipment / Heavy equipment like forklifts, reach stackers
Skills & Competencies
Business Impact and decision making;
Works independently to complete given tasks and activities.
Job is mainly performed according to defined processes and work methods; Knowledge and experience;
Solves daily technical maintenance issues – mechanical/ diesel engines/hydraulic
Networking and influencing; Adapt and exchange information and knowledge; English language proficiency; Skilled in computer usage and G Suite and MS Office.
