Human Resource Recruiter

Job Description:

• Handle end-to-end recruitment process for various roles across departments
• Source candidates using job portals, social media, referrals, and other channels
• Screen resumes and conduct preliminary interviews
• Coordinate interviews with hiring managers and follow up on interview status
• Maintain and update candidate database
• Handle onboarding and documentation of selected candidates
• Assist in employer branding and engagement activities when required
• Ensure timely closure of open positions
• Work closely with internal teams to understand hiring needs
