Job Summary:
The HR Recruiter is responsible for attracting, sourcing, screening, and hiring qualified candidates to meet the organization's staffing needs. This role involves managing the end-to-end recruitment process, coordinating with hiring managers, and ensuring a positive candidate experience.
Key Responsibilities
- Collaborate with hiring managers to understand staffing requirements and job specifications.
- Create and post job advertisements on job boards, social media, and company career pages.
- Source candidates through databases, networking, referrals, and recruitment platforms.
- Screen resumes and applications to identify suitable candidates.
- Conduct phone, virtual, and in-person interviews.
- Coordinate interview schedules between candidates and hiring teams.
- Perform background checks and reference verifications.
- Prepare and extend job offers to selected candidates.
- Maintain recruitment records and applicant tracking systems (ATS).
- Build and maintain a talent pipeline for future hiring needs.
- Ensure compliance with employment laws and company hiring policies.
- Support employer branding and recruitment marketing initiatives.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Proven experience in recruitment or talent acquisition.
