Human Resource Recruiter

Role Responsibilities:

• Source and screen candidates through job portals and referrals
• Manage interview coordination, follow-ups, and selection process
• Conduct initial HR rounds and maintain recruitment trackers
• Ensure smooth onboarding and documentation for selected candidates

Key Deliverables:

• Timely closure of vacancies in the manufacturing unit
• Maintain candidate database and daily recruitment MIS
• Improve candidate experience through structured hiring
• Collaborate with line managers for hiring updates and JD clarity
