  • Focusing majorly on Recruitment and understanding staffing requirements at the outlets across locations.
  • Monitor the manpower requirement because a lack of manpower leads to zero productivity.
  • Understanding and executing staffing requisitions, requirements, and issues from all departments.
  • Draft and update documents such as employee handbook, performance appraisal, forms, SOP, policies, and other HR-related documents.
  • Sourcing candidates via recruitment agencies and job online advertisements.
  • Screening the candidates by resume shortlisting, phone interviews, and personal interviews in coordination with the concerned departments.
  • Review, update and maintain proper filing such as employees database, etc.
  • Understanding employees grievances in their work engagement level.
  • Responsible for an overall quality system in the HR department.

Job Requirements

  • Master's Degree in Human Resources.
  • Excellent email writing and speaking skills.
  • Good Knowledge of MS office and its tools.
  • Prior internship experience can be an added advantage.
