Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role based in Surat for a Human Resources Executive, reporting directly to the HR Manager. The role is responsible for supporting and executing core HR operations, including end-to-end recruitment, onboarding, payroll coordination, statutory compliance, and employee lifecycle management.

The Human Resources Executive will assist in the implementation and consistent application of HR policies, procedures, and best practices, ensuring alignment with organizational standards and legal requirements. The role involves maintaining accurate employee records, HR documentation, and MIS reports, while serving as a key point of contact for employee queries.

The incumbent will actively support positive employee relations by addressing concerns, coordinating grievance handling, facilitating internal communication, and promoting a healthy workplace culture. Additionally, the role will contribute to the planning and execution of HR initiatives, audits, and process improvements in line with organizational objectives, under the guidance of the HR Manager.

Qualifications

  • Proficiency in key areas of Human Resources, including HR Management and HR Operations
  • Strong skills in Employee Relations and handling grievances effectively
  • Knowledge and expertise in the field of Human Resources (HR) fundamentals
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to work collaboratively with diverse teams
  • Master's/Bachelor's degree in Human Resource Management, Business Administration, or a related field
  • Familiarity with labor laws and HR compliance is advantageous
  • Proven ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize work in a dynamic environment
