Role Purpose
Lead the global HSSE risk management strategy, ensuring consistent identification, assessment, control, and monitoring of risks across all business units and project environments. This position functions as a T-shaped global HSE leadership role, holding strong baseline HSE Manager capability, paired with deep specialty expertise in enterprise risk management, high-risk operations, and field risk governance.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement the global HSSE risk management framework.
- Govern critical risk programs: LOTO, confined space, lifting, working at height, excavation, hot work, MEWP, and other high-risk operations.
- Lead global contractor HSSE requirements and risk performance governance.
- Strengthen dynamic risk assessment, JSA/MOS/SWMS standards, and high-risk work controls.
- Provide expert support in major project deployments, high-risk activities, incidents, and escalations.
- Coordinate risk trend monitoring, precursor identification, and early-warning insights.
- Partner with Assurance, Standards, Digital, ESG, and Training teams to embed risk controls into systems, procedures, analytics, and capability frameworks.
- Ensure consistent global implementation of HSSE risk standards across all regions and BUs.

Qualifications & Experience
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, HSE, or related discipline.
- 10+ years experience in HSSE roles, with strong exposure to high-risk operations.
- Experience in engineering, EPC, construction, or industrial sectors.
- Knowledge of ISO 45001, ISO 31000, and global contractor safety requirements.
- Proven experience managing multi-site or cross-regional risk programs.
