Responsibilities
- Develop and implement safety policies and procedures in compliance with local and national regulations.
- Conduct regular safety audits and inspections to identify hazards and ensure compliance with safety standards.
- Provide training and support to employees on health and safety practices and procedures.
- Investigate accidents and incidents to determine root causes and implement corrective actions.
- Prepare and maintain safety documentation, reports, and records as required.
- Collaborate with management to promote a culture of safety within the organization.
Skills and Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in ELECTRICAL OR DIPLOMA IN ELECTRICAL
- 5-7 years of experience in health, safety, and environmental (HSE) management.
- Strong knowledge of safety regulations and standards in India.
- Certification in NEBOSH, IOSH or equivalent is preferred.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and safety management software.
- Ability to analyze data and prepare detailed reports.
