Role & Responsibilities
Manpower Planning & Recruitment:
- Identify open positions for the respective Business Unit (BU) and leverage varied sourcing channels to identify potential candidates.
- Coordinate with key stakeholders (candidates, line managers, HR operations, etc.) for recruitment-related activities and interview processes.
- Review recruitment gaps monthly/quarterly to ensure adherence to headcount budgets and minimize hiring gaps across all levels.
Performance Management:
- Coordinate with the business to ensure timely completion of all stages of the performance appraisal process through regular communication with concerned stakeholders.
- Assist in smooth management of appraisal outcomes and employee lifecycle activities such as promotions, transfers, rotations, and succession planning.
Learning & Development:
- Collect and analyze data to assist the HR Senior Relationship Manager in identifying learning and development needs for the BU/Division/Department.
- Collaborate closely with key stakeholders monthly/quarterly to address challenges or issues in delivering training interventions as per the established plan.
Employee Engagement:
- Participate in meetings with HR Senior Relationship Manager to drive BU-specific and PAN Bank employee engagement activities and interventions.
- Analyze data, identify trends, and suggest solutions to BU Heads on talent management and strategies for high-potential employees.
Employee Relations:
- Communicate relevant regulatory information, information security, bank policies, and guidelines to reduce cases of code of conduct violations and fraud within specific BUs.
