Education:
- MBA/PGDM (fulltime program) students graduating in 2025/202
- 6.
- No backlog currently while pursuing their post-graduation.
- 60% throughout 10th, 12th, UG and 60% in PG
Responsibilities:
- Data analysis to drive meaningful action and initiatives aimed at achieving desired outcomes.
- Manage performance and shadow HR leaders in organizational people practices.
- Drive HR initiatives for the business and own a part of the project.
- Implement HR policies and processes to evaluate and groom individuals on HR Business Partnering.
- Conduct employee engagement activities based on data and insights from the business.

PPO Offering: INR
6.5 LPA with a 2-year service agreement
PPO will be extended based on the performance during the internship tenure
