✅ Improve employee engagement & well-being

✅ Ensure compliance with HR policies & labor laws

What We're Looking For:

✔ 2.5 years Experience in employee relations & grievance management

✔ Strong communication & problem-solving skills

✔ Knowledge of HR policies

Note: Rotational shifts 24/7 and 5 days working with rotational week off
