The Successful Applicant

A successful candidate in this role should have:

3-7 years of experience in HR Business Partnering.
MBA from a reputed B-school.
Experience working in SaaS/ Tech/ Product-based organizations, or mid to large size Startups, or Internet/ e-Commerce organizations
Familiarity with HR Policies and best practices.
An understanding of business, and excellent decision-making skills.
