• Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform.
• Responsible for team decisions.

• Lead the establishment and enforcement of development standards to ensure consistency and quality across projects.
• Facilitate communication between technical teams and stakeholders to align project objectives and deliverables.

• Experience in leading technical teams through complex project phases including design, development, and deployment.
