This is a contract-based, on-site role located in Perundurai for HR Training and Contract Manpower Handling. The role involves developing and delivering employee training programs, managing recruitment and placement of contract manpower, and ensuring compliance with labor regulations. The individual will collaborate with various departments to align workforce planning with organizational goals while managing contracts effectively and addressing workforce-related concerns.

• Experience in Human Resources activities including recruitment, training, and employee relations
• Strong skills in workforce planning, contract negotiations, and manpower management
• Knowledge of labor laws, compliance, and regulatory standards
• Excellent communication skills and ability to collaborate in team environments
• Proficiency in using HR management tools and software is a plus
• Attention to detail, problem-solving abilities, and organizational skills
• Bachelor's degree in Human Resource Management, Business Administration, or a related field
• Prior experience in a manufacturing or industrial setting is advantageous
