We are seeking a skilled HR Specialist to join our team in DOHA QATAR

The ideal candidate will have 7-12 years of experience in various HR functions and will be responsible for managing recruitment, employee relations, and compliance with labor laws. The HR Specialist will play a crucial role in fostering a positive workplace culture and supporting the organization's growth. GULF EXPERIENCE IS MUST

Responsibilities

  • Manage end-to-end recruitment processes including sourcing, interviewing, and onboarding new employees.
  • Develop and implement HR policies and procedures that align with the company's objectives.
  • Conduct employee performance evaluations and provide feedback to management.
  • Facilitate employee training and development programs to enhance skills and career growth.
  • Maintain employee records and manage HR databases for compliance and reporting.
  • Assist in handling employee grievances and resolve workplace conflicts effectively.
  • Support payroll processing and ensure compliance with labor laws and regulations.

Skills and Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
  • 7-12 years of experience in human resources or related field.
  • Strong understanding of labor laws and employment regulations in India.
  • Proficiency in HR software and Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to handle sensitive information with confidentiality and integrity.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Experience with performance management systems and employee engagement initiatives.
