We are seeking a skilled HR Specialist to join our team in DOHA QATAR
The ideal candidate will have 7-12 years of experience in various HR functions and will be responsible for managing recruitment, employee relations, and compliance with labor laws. The HR Specialist will play a crucial role in fostering a positive workplace culture and supporting the organization's growth. GULF EXPERIENCE IS MUST
Responsibilities
- Manage end-to-end recruitment processes including sourcing, interviewing, and onboarding new employees.
- Develop and implement HR policies and procedures that align with the company's objectives.
- Conduct employee performance evaluations and provide feedback to management.
- Facilitate employee training and development programs to enhance skills and career growth.
- Maintain employee records and manage HR databases for compliance and reporting.
- Assist in handling employee grievances and resolve workplace conflicts effectively.
- Support payroll processing and ensure compliance with labor laws and regulations.
Skills and Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
- 7-12 years of experience in human resources or related field.
- Strong understanding of labor laws and employment regulations in India.
- Proficiency in HR software and Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to handle sensitive information with confidentiality and integrity.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Experience with performance management systems and employee engagement initiatives.
