We are seeking a skilled HR Officer to join our team in DOHA QATAR
The ideal candidate will have 7-9 years of experience in human resources, bringing expertise in recruitment, employee relations, and HR policy development to support our organizational goals.
Responsibilities
- Manage the recruitment process, including job postings, screening, interviewing, and onboarding new employees.
- Develop and implement HR policies and procedures in compliance with local labor laws.
- Support employee relations by addressing issues, conducting investigations, and facilitating conflict resolution.
- Organize and conduct training sessions and workshops for staff development.
- Maintain employee records and ensure accurate documentation of HR activities.
- Assist in performance management processes, including goal setting and annual reviews.
- Coordinate employee engagement initiatives and activities to enhance workplace culture.
- Prepare reports on HR metrics and provide insights to management for decision making.
Skills and Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- 7-9 years of experience in human resources or a related field.
- In-depth knowledge of HR laws and regulations in India.
- Strong understanding of recruitment processes and talent acquisition strategies.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in HR software and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Ability to handle sensitive information with confidentiality.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
