We are seeking a skilled HR Officer to join our team in DOHA QATAR

The ideal candidate will have 7-9 years of experience in human resources, bringing expertise in recruitment, employee relations, and HR policy development to support our organizational goals.

Responsibilities

  • Manage the recruitment process, including job postings, screening, interviewing, and onboarding new employees.
  • Develop and implement HR policies and procedures in compliance with local labor laws.
  • Support employee relations by addressing issues, conducting investigations, and facilitating conflict resolution.
  • Organize and conduct training sessions and workshops for staff development.
  • Maintain employee records and ensure accurate documentation of HR activities.
  • Assist in performance management processes, including goal setting and annual reviews.
  • Coordinate employee engagement initiatives and activities to enhance workplace culture.
  • Prepare reports on HR metrics and provide insights to management for decision making.

Skills and Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • 7-9 years of experience in human resources or a related field.
  • In-depth knowledge of HR laws and regulations in India.
  • Strong understanding of recruitment processes and talent acquisition strategies.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficiency in HR software and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Ability to handle sensitive information with confidentiality.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
