Description
We are seeking a BMS Operator to join our team in India. The ideal candidate will be responsible for monitoring and controlling building management systems to ensure optimal performance, energy efficiency, and safety.
Responsibilities
- Monitor and control building management systems (BMS) to ensure optimal performance and energy efficiency.
- Perform routine inspections and maintenance of BMS equipment and software.
- Respond to alarms and troubleshoot issues related to BMS operations.
- Coordinate with other technical teams to resolve system malfunctions and implement improvements.
- Generate and maintain reports on BMS performance metrics and energy consumption.
Skills and Qualifications
- 1-10 years of experience in operating and maintaining building management systems.
- Proficient in BMS software and control systems including HVAC, lighting, and security systems.
- Strong understanding of electrical and mechanical systems.
- Ability to analyze data and generate reports.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Effective communication skills to collaborate with various teams and stakeholders.
- Certification in BMS or related field is preferred.
