Headsup Corporation : We are an Business Consulting organisation specialising in partnering with MSMEs and startups to address their HR, Tech and Design challenges. Our diverse team, with backgrounds in HR, psychology, design, content, social media, and IT, collaborates to provide innovative hybrid solutions. We are looking for an experienced Talent Search Partner/ Client Engagement Manager Roles and Responsibilities Client Account Management and Engagement:

  • Build and manage strong relationships with key client stakeholders through regular communication and support
  • Understand client requirements and ensure timely, high quality delivery across all recruitment mandates
  • Resolve client queries and escalations with maturity while maintaining smooth coordination throughout the hiring cycle Candidate Sourcing and Assessment:
  • Utilise various sourcing methods to identify and attract potential candidates
  • Conduct comprehensive candidate assessments, including interviews, skills evaluations, and reference checks
  • Should have actionable knowledge of different job portals Screening and Evaluation:
  • Conduct initial screenings to assess candidate suitability for specific roles
  • Evaluate resumes, applications, and cover letters to identify qualified candidates Interview Coordination:
  • Facilitate and coordinate interviews between candidates and clients
  • Sharing feedback to both candidates and clients to ensure a positive recruitment experience Negotiation and Offer Management:
  • Manage salary negotiations and offer discussions between clients and candidates
  • Ensure a smooth transition from offer acceptance to the onboarding process Market Research and Industry Knowledge:
  • Stay abreast of industry trends, competitor activities, and market changes Collaboration with Team Members:
  • Work collaboratively with colleagues to share candidate leads, insights, and market knowledge.
  • Participate in team meetings to strategize and optimise recruitment processes. Performance Metrics:
  • Meet and exceed key performance indicators (KPIs)
  • Driven towards the target achievement collaboratively Requirements
  • Must have 2.5 years of experience in end to end recruitment process and client account management
  • Strong background in working with recruitment firms
  • Proven experience in sourcing, screening, interview coordination, negotiation, and offer management
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills for client and candidate interactions
  • Strong organisational and time management abilities with a structured working style
  • Proactive, relationship driven, and capable of handling client escalations with maturity
  • Ability to thrive in a target and performance focused environment with consistent delivery on KPIs
  • Strong market awareness and ability to analyse trends to improve hiring strategies
  • Resilient, adaptable, and able to manage high pressure timelines across multiple mandates. Skills: end to end recruitment,communication,client management
