Managing job postings across various platforms to attract top talent in the e-commerce industry.

Responsibilities:

• Developing and implementing effective recruitment strategies to meet business needs
• Sourcing, screening, and interviewing candidates for open positions
• Coordinating interviews with hiring managers and other stakeholders
• Extending job offers and negotiating employment contracts
• Maintaining accurate records and data on recruitment metrics and candidate pipeline
• Building relationships with colleges, universities, and other organizations to attract talent
• Staying up to date with industry trends and best practices in recruitment and talent acquisition
