Role & responsibilities
- Manage the end-to-end recruitment cycle(IT/Non IT roles), from requirement understanding to candidate onboarding.
- Source candidates through job portals, social media platforms, references, and internal databases.
- Screen resumes, conduct initial telephonic interviews, and shortlist suitable candidates.
- Coordinate interviews with hiring managers and ensure timely feedback.
- Maintain and update the recruitment tracker and candidate database.
- Prepare offer letters and coordinate joining formalities.
- Build and maintain a pipeline of qualified candidates for future requirements.
- Ensure adherence to recruitment timelines and company hiring policies.
Preferred candidate profile
- Graduate / MBA (HR preferred).
- 1-4 years of experience in recruitment / talent acquisition.
- Good knowledge of sourcing techniques and job portals.
- Strong communication, coordination, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work under deadlines and manage multiple positions simultaneously.
Salary
