We are hiring a Talent Acquisition Partner who can build our hiring engine from scratch, move fast, and close high-quality candidates consistently.
This role is for someone who treats hiring like sales + growth, not just coordination.
What You'll DoOwn end-to-end hiring across tech, product, and operations roles
Close 4–8 quality hires per month
Proactively source candidates via LinkedIn, communities, and networks (not just job portals)
Build and maintain a strong candidate pipeline
Partner directly with founders and hiring managers to understand hiring needs
Create and improve hiring processes for speed and quality
Ensure a great candidate experience and fast turnaround times
1–5 years in recruitment / talent acquisition
Proven ability to source and close candidates independently
Strong experience with LinkedIn sourcing and direct outreach
High ownership, urgency, and execution mindset
Excellent communication and persuasion skills
Someone who is hungry, proactive, and thrives in a fast-paced startup
You rely only on job portals
You prefer structured, slow corporate environments
You wait for candidates instead of actively hunting
Experience hiring for SaaS / product companies
Existing network in tech / startup ecosystem
Experience closing roles under tight timelines
