Job Title: Talent Acquisition Partner (Growth Hiring)
Location: Noida (On-site)

About the Role

We are not looking for a traditional HR.

We are hiring a Talent Acquisition Partner who can build our hiring engine from scratch, move fast, and close high-quality candidates consistently.

This role is for someone who treats hiring like sales + growth, not just coordination.

What You'll Do

  • Own end-to-end hiring across tech, product, and operations roles

  • Close 4–8 quality hires per month

  • Proactively source candidates via LinkedIn, communities, and networks (not just job portals)

  • Build and maintain a strong candidate pipeline

  • Partner directly with founders and hiring managers to understand hiring needs

  • Create and improve hiring processes for speed and quality

  • Ensure a great candidate experience and fast turnaround times


What We're Looking For

  • 1–5 years in recruitment / talent acquisition

  • Proven ability to source and close candidates independently

  • Strong experience with LinkedIn sourcing and direct outreach

  • High ownership, urgency, and execution mindset

  • Excellent communication and persuasion skills

  • Someone who is hungry, proactive, and thrives in a fast-paced startup

  • Experience hiring for SaaS / product companies
