Key Responsibilities

Client Hiring:

• Own the end-to-end recruitment cycle for client mandates across industries and domains.
• Understand client requirements deeply and translate them into precise hiring strategies.
• Source, screen, and evaluate candidates using both traditional methods and Zepcruit's AI recruitment platform.

Internal Hiring:

• Partner with leadership to build Zepcruit's internal teams across tech, sales, operations, and support.
• Design and execute creative sourcing strategies to attract top talent in competitive markets.
• Build a strong talent pipeline aligned with Zepcruit's rapid growth vision.
• Ensure accurate and timely data management, including organizing candidate information and maintaining hiring records.
• Maintain and update recruitment databases, candidate trackers.

Recruitment Strategy & Leadership:

• Mentor and guide junior recruiters/interns to build a high-performing recruitment team.
• Leverage data-driven insights (time-to-hire, cost-per-hire, pipeline conversion) to improve efficiency.
• Ensure seamless use of Zepcruit's AI platform in all recruitment workflows, setting an example for clients.

Skills:

• Basic understanding of recruitment processes and HR operations
• Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
• Strong communication and interpersonal
• Good organizational and time-management abilities
• Ability to handle confidential information professionally
• Willingness to learn and adapt to HR technologies and AI-based hiring tools
