Summary
We are looking for a dynamic female HR Recruiter with 2 - 3 years of Hands-on experience in end to end recruitment. The ideal candidate should have experience in Sourcing, Screening and Coordinating for the interviews across various roles while ensuring a smooth candidate experience.
Key Responsibilities
- Source candidates through job portals, social media, employee referrals, and other recruitment channels.
- Screen resumes and conduct initial HR screening calls.
- Coordinate with hiring managers to understand job requirements and expectations.
- Schedule interviews and follow up with candidates.
- Maintain recruitment trackers and candidate databases.
- Ensure positive candidate experience throughout the hiring process.
- Maintain hiring reports and meet the recruitment deadlines.
Required Skills
- Strong understanding of the hiring process.
- Hands-on Experience using job portals (Expertia, Indeed, LinkedIn, etc.).
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to multitask and work in a target-driven environment.
Eligibility Criteria
- Masters degree in HR or MSW.
- 2-3 years of experience in recruitment (Manufacturing,Recruitment agency and Non-IT applicable).
- Immediate joiners preferred.
