Job Summary
We are looking for an experienced Senior HR Recruiter / Team Lead - Talent Acquisition to lead our recruitment efforts and manage end-to-end hiring activities. The ideal candidate will have strong recruitment expertise, leadership skills, and the ability to drive talent acquisition strategies aligned with business goals.
Key Responsibilities
Lead and manage the end-to-end recruitment lifecycle for multiple positions
Handle bulk and lateral hiring across various roles
Source candidates through job portals, social media, referrals, and networking
Screen, shortlist, and coordinate interviews with hiring managers
Lead and mentor a team of recruiters to achieve hiring targets
Develop and implement effective recruitment strategies and hiring plans
Maintain recruitment metrics and prepare hiring reports
Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the hiring process
Coordinate with stakeholders to understand manpower requirements
Support employer branding initiatives and campus hiring (if required)
Required Skills & Qualifications
Bachelors degree in HR, Business Administration, or a related field
3+ years of experience in Talent Acquisition / Recruitment
Proven experience in leading or mentoring a recruitment team
Strong knowledge of sourcing techniques and job portals
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to work in a fast-paced, target-driven environment
Strong organizational and time-management skills
Preferred Qualifications
Experience in IT / Non-IT recruitment (mention if specific)
Exposure to ATS tools and recruitment analytics
Prior experience in handling high-volume hiring
