Role Summary

The HR Recruiter will be responsible for managing the end-to-end recruitment process, ensuring a seamless candidate experience, and supporting the HR team with various recruitment activities. The ideal candidate will have a keen eye for talent, excellent interpersonal skills, and a passion for finding the right fit for our organization.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage End-to-End Recruitment Process: Handle the entire recruitment lifecycle from job posting to onboarding.
  • Source Candidates: Utilize various sourcing methods to attract potential candidates, including online job boards, social media, and networking events.
  • Screen and Shortlist Candidates: Conduct initial phone screens and review resumes to shortlist candidates for interviews.
  • Coordinate Interviews: Schedule and coordinate interviews between candidates and hiring managers.
  • Conduct Interviews: Participate in interviews and provide feedback to hiring managers.
  • Candidate Management: Maintain communication with candidates throughout the recruitment process, providing updates and feedback.
  • Offer Management: Prepare and extend job offers, and handle negotiations if necessary.
  • Onboarding Support: Assist with the onboarding process to ensure new hires have a smooth transition into the company.
  • Maintain Recruitment Records: Keep accurate records of all recruitment activities and candidate information in the HR system.
  • Collaborate with HR Team: Work closely with the HR team on various recruitment initiatives and projects.
  • Compliance: Ensure all recruitment activities comply with company policies and legal requirements.

Qualifications

  • Experience: 1-2 years of experience in recruitment .
  • Skills: Proficiency in using applicant tracking systems (ATS) and other HR software. Strong sourcing and networking skills.
  • Education: Bachelors degree/MBA in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Interpersonal Skills: Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build relationships with candidates and hiring managers.
  • Organizational Skills: Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines.

Preferred Skills

  • Comfortable with high-volume calling and target-driven recruitment.
  • Experience in recruiting for IT and Non-IT
  • Familiarity with HR best practices and employment laws.
