Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site HR Recruiter role located in Bengaluru. The HR Recruiter will be responsible for identifying and attracting top talent across various roles within the organization. Daily responsibilities include sourcing candidates, conducting interviews, managing the full recruitment process, and collaborating with hiring managers to meet business needs. The role also involves maintaining a strong recruitment pipeline, building employer branding initiatives, and ensuring a positive candidate experience.
Qualifications
- Experience in recruitment, sourcing, and talent acquisition strategies
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills to build and maintain relationships with candidates and internal teams
- Knowledge of applicant tracking systems and recruitment software
- Familiarity with industry trends and best practices in recruitment
- Ability to handle multiple recruitment projects simultaneously while meeting deadlines
- Proactive approach and problem-solving skills to address hiring challenges
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
- Prior experience in retail or fast fashion recruitment is a plus
