We are seeking a motivated and dynamic HR Recruiter to join our team in India. The ideal candidate will assist in the recruitment process, from sourcing candidates to onboarding, ensuring a smooth and efficient hiring process.
Responsibilities
- Source potential candidates through online channels (e.g., social platforms and professional networks)
- Conduct initial phone screenings and interviews
- Collaborate with hiring managers to understand job requirements and qualifications
- Maintain and update candidate databases and tracking systems
- Assist in creating job descriptions and posting them on job portals
- Manage the recruitment process from job posting to candidate onboarding
- Participate in recruitment events and job fairs to attract candidates
Skills and Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Familiarity with applicant tracking systems (ATS)
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Basic understanding of recruitment processes and techniques
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Excellent organisational and time-management skills
