Job Description:
The Wellness Shop is looking for an experienced HR Recruiter to manage end-to-end recruitment across IT and Non-IT roles. The ideal candidate should be hands-on, target-driven, and capable of closing positions quickly in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Handle full-cycle recruitment for IT and Non-IT positions
- Hire for roles including BDEs, Telecallers, Operations Executives, Accounts, Marketing, and allied functions
- Source candidates through job portals, referrals, social media, and other channels
- Screen, shortlist, and coordinate interviews with hiring managers
- Ensure quick closures and maintain recruitment timelines
- Manage candidate communication and offer follow-ups
Requirements:
- 2+ years of proven recruitment experience across IT and Non-IT domains
- Strong hiring exposure to sales, operations, accounts, and marketing profiles
- Good communication and stakeholder management skills
- Ability to join immediately or within a short notice period
Preferred:
- Experience in fast-growing startups or consumer brands
- Hands-on and closure-focused mindset
