We are looking for a proactive and people-oriented HR Recruiter to manage the end-to-end recruitment process. The ideal candidate will be responsible for sourcing, screening, and hiring talent while ensuring a positive candidate experience and supporting the organization's workforce needs.
Key ResponsibilitiesManage the full recruitment lifecycle, from sourcing to onboarding.
Source candidates through job portals, social media, referrals, and networking.
Screen resumes and conduct initial interviews to assess candidate fit.
Coordinate and schedule interviews with hiring managers.
Maintain and update candidate databases and recruitment trackers.
Communicate effectively with candidates throughout the hiring process.
Support employer branding and recruitment marketing initiatives.
Ensure compliance with company hiring policies and procedures.
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
04 years of experience in recruitment or HR (freshers may apply).
Familiarity with job portals, ATS, and sourcing tools.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to multitask and manage hiring deadlines.
Basic understanding of HR policies and hiring practices.
Good organizational and documentation skills.
Experience in IT or technical recruitment.
Knowledge of employment laws and HR compliance.
Exposure to campus hiring and bulk recruitment.
Experience with LinkedIn sourcing and Boolean search.
