Job Summary

We are seeking passionate and driven HR Recruiters to join our dynamic recruitment team. This role offers exposure to diverse hiring mandates across industries including Healthcare, Engineering, Manufacturing, Oil & Gas, Fire & Safety, and Food Manufacturing or Food Processing.

It is an excellent opportunity for fresh graduates, interns, or professionals (up to 3 years of experience) who are looking to build a rewarding career in Talent Acquisition & Recruitment Consulting.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage the end-to-end recruitment lifecycle: sourcing, screening, interviewing, coordinating, and onboarding candidates.
• Work on diverse job roles across multiple industries and functions.
• Source candidates via job portals, LinkedIn, social media, networking, and referrals.
• Conduct telephonic/virtual interviews to evaluate candidate suitability.
• Coordinate with hiring managers and maintain strong stakeholder communication.
• Maintain and update candidate databases, trackers, and recruitment MIS.
• Support in employer branding, job postings, and recruitment campaigns.

Eligibility Criteria

• Education: MBA/PGDM/Graduate in HR/Management (preferred).
• Experience: Internship / 6 months to 3 years in recruitment or HR.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work on multiple mandates with deadlines.
• Proficiency in MS Office & familiarity with job portals (Naukri, LinkedIn, etc.).

Compensation & Benefits

• Interns: Unpaid or 2,000 – 5,000 stipend per month (Depend on your interview) + Performance Incentives 5,000 – 15,000 per month.
• Experienced (6 Months – 3 Years): Competitive salary based on experience + attractive incentives 5,000 – 50,000 per month.
• Hands-on exposure to multi-industry recruitment.
• Internship Certificate, LOR, and PPO opportunity (for interns).

Work Mode

• Work from Office Only – Kandivali (West), Mumbai – 400067.
• Full-Time (Monday to Saturday, with alternate Saturdays off).
