We are seeking a motivated and experienced HR Recruiter to join our team in India. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in recruitment and will be responsible for sourcing, screening, and selecting candidates for various roles.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement recruitment strategies to attract top talent.
• Screen resumes and shortlist candidates based on qualifications and experience.
• Conduct interviews and assessments to evaluate candidates skills and cultural fit.
• Coordinate with hiring managers to understand their staffing needs and provide updates on recruitment progress.
• Manage the entire recruitment process from job posting to onboarding new hires.
• Maintain and update the applicant tracking system and ensure compliance with hiring policies.

Skills and Qualifications

• 3-7 years of experience in recruitment or talent acquisition, preferably in a corporate or agency setting.
• Strong understanding of recruitment processes and techniques, including sourcing, interviewing, and assessment methods.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively interact with candidates and hiring managers.
• Proficient in using applicant tracking systems (ATS) and recruitment software.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple job openings simultaneously.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
