Job Description

Experience: 02 years (Fresher's with good communication can also be considered)

Key Responsibilities:

Sourcing candidates through job portals, social media, and references

Screening and shortlisting profiles as per job requirements

Scheduling interviews and coordinating with candidates

Maintaining candidate database and follow-ups

Achieving daily/weekly hiring targets

Required Skills:

Good communication and interpersonal skills

Basic understanding of recruitment process

Ability to work on multiple requirements

Target-oriented approach

Location: Pune

Candidate should have their own laptop and mobile device for work. A SIM card will be provided by us
