Role Overview
We are seeking a proactive and result-oriented Recruiter with hands-on experience in both IT and Non-IT hiring. The ideal candidate should have strong sourcing skills, excellent communication, and the ability to manage full-cycle recruitment independently.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage end-to-end recruitment for IT and Non-IT roles for internal and client requirements.
- Source candidates using job portals (Naukri, LinkedIn, Indeed), networking, referrals, and internal databases.
- Screen and shortlist candidates based on job requirements, skills, and fit.
- Schedule and coordinate interviews with hiring managers and clients.
- Maintain and update candidate pipelines and recruitment trackers.
- Conduct follow-ups with candidates and ensure smooth interview-to-offer process.
- Support offer negotiations and final closures.
- Meet assigned hiring targets and ensure timely position closures.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with candidates and clients.
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in HR, Business, or any related field.
- 13 years of experience in both IT and Non-IT recruitment.
- Strong knowledge of sourcing tools: Naukri, LinkedIn, Indeed, etc.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to manage multiple requirements and work in a fast-paced environment.
- Good negotiation, coordination, and follow-up skills.
