Job Summary
We are looking for a
motivated and results-driven HR Recruiter to manage the complete recruitment lifecycle. The ideal candidate will be responsible for sourcing, screening, and coordinating with candidates while ensuring a seamless hiring experience. This role requires strong communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage end-to-end recruitment for multiple roles
- Source candidates through job portals, social media, referrals, and networking
- Screen resumes and conduct initial HR interviews
- Coordinate interviews with hiring managers and ensure timely follow-ups
- Maintain and update candidate databases and recruitment trackers
- Collaborate with hiring managers to understand job requirements
- Draft and post job descriptions across various platforms
- Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the hiring process
- Handle salary negotiations and offer rollouts
- Support onboarding and documentation processes
Required Skills Qualifications
- Bachelors degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
- 05+ years of experience in recruitment or talent acquisition
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Hands-on experience with ATS and job portals (LinkedIn, Naukri, Indeed, etc.)
- Ability to manage multiple positions simultaneously
- Good understanding of recruitment practices and labor laws
Preferred Skills
- Experience in bulk hiring or tech hiring (if applicable)
- Strong networking and negotiation skills
- Knowledge of employer branding strategies
