The HR Recruiter will be responsible for sourcing, screening, and coordinating interviews for candidates across various positions within the organization.
Responsibilities
- Source candidates through various channels such as job portals, social media, and employee referrals.
- Screen resumes and conduct initial phone interviews to assess candidates suitability for specific roles.
- Coordinate and schedule interviews between candidates and hiring managers.
- Assist in the development of job descriptions and specifications for open positions.
- Maintain and update the applicant tracking system (ATS) with candidate information and status.
- Build and maintain a talent pool for future hiring needs.
- Provide feedback to candidates post-interview and maintain positive candidate experience.
- Collaborate with team members to improve recruitment processes and strategies.
Skills and Qualifications
- Strong understanding of recruitment processes and techniques.

- Proficient in using applicant tracking systems (ATS) and recruitment software.
