We are seeking a motivated HR Recruiter to join our team in India. The ideal candidate will have 0-8 years of experience in recruitment and will play a key role in attracting and hiring top talent for our organization.

Responsibilities

• Source and attract candidates using various methods such as job boards, social media, and networking events.
• Screen resumes and conduct initial interviews to assess candidates qualifications and fit for the organization.
• Coordinate and schedule interviews with hiring managers and candidates.
• Assist in the development and implementation of recruitment strategies to meet organizational needs.
• Maintain candidate databases and track recruitment metrics.
• Provide a positive candidate experience throughout the hiring process.
• Collaborate with team members to improve recruitment processes and strategies.

Skills and Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Strong understanding of recruitment processes and techniques.
