About the Role

Altellect Venture Management Private Limited is seeking a Senior Talent Partner to own and drive end-to-end hiring across critical roles. This is a high-impact role for someone who operates as a talent advisor, not just a recruiter, and thrives in fast-moving, ambiguous environments.

What you'll do:

- Identify and build high-quality candidate pools through targeted sourcing, market mapping, and talent intelligence

- Conduct sharp, structured screening conversations to assess capability, fit, and potential

- Serve as a professional, credible first point of contact for candidates and hiring teams

- Own recruitment process flows end-to-end, ensuring strong documentation, reporting, and follow-through

- Partner closely with hiring managers across different personas, maintaining calm rationale and objective judgment

- Use recruitment data and analytics to assess funnel health, time-to-hire, and source effectiveness, and recommend improvements

- Act as a trusted talent advisor in ambiguous or evolving role contexts

- Manage multiple roles simultaneously with discipline, structure, and attention to detail

What we're looking for:

- 610+ years of end-to-end recruitment experience in high-growth, venture, consulting, or complex hiring environments

- Strong screening judgment, communication skills, and stakeholder maturity

- Data-oriented mindset with the ability to translate insights into hiring improvements

- Highly organized, methodical, and process-driven, yet adaptable

- Self-starter with strong ownership, professionalism, and follow-through
