Job Summary
We are looking for a Recruiter with 1-2 years of experience who can handle end-to-end recruitment. The candidate should be proactive, target-driven, and capable of closing positions efficiently.
Key Responsibilities
- Handle end-to-end recruitment (sourcing to joining)
- Work on IT Non-IT roles for multiple clients
- Source candidates through job portals, LinkedIn, and references
- Screen and shortlist profiles as per requirements
- Coordinate interviews and follow-ups
- Manage offer negotiation and ensure the candidate joins
- Maintain candidate database and recruitment trackers
Eligibility Criteria
- Experience: 1-2 years in recruitment (mandatory)
- Location: Must be based in Navi Mumbai
- Education: Graduate (any stream)
Key Skills
- Strong sourcing screening ability
- Excellent communication negotiation skills
- Ability to handle multiple requirements
- Familiarity with Naukri, LinkedIn, etc.
- Target-oriented approach
