Responsibilities

• Source potential candidates through online channels (e.g., social platforms and professional networks)
• Conduct interviews and filter candidates for open positions
• Collaborate with hiring managers to understand the needs of the business
• Maintain a database of candidates for current and future job openings
• Manage the recruitment process from job posting to candidate onboarding
• Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the hiring process
• Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in recruitment

Skills and Qualifications

• 0-5 years of experience in recruitment or human resources
• Strong understanding of recruitment processes and candidate selection techniques
• Proficiency in using applicant tracking systems (ATS) and HR databases
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
• Familiarity with social media and job boards for recruiting purposes
• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
