About The Role
We are seeking an experienced HR Recruiter to join our team. The ideal candidate should have prior experience in end-to-end recruitment and a strong understanding of the logistics industry.
Key Responsibilities
- Handle end-to-end recruitment cycle from sourcing to onboarding.
- Source and attract candidates through job portals, social media, networking, and referrals.
- Screen resumes and conduct preliminary interviews to assess candidates.
- Coordinate and schedule interviews with hiring managers.
- Manage salary negotiations and final offer closures.
- Maintain candidate data in the Applicant Tracking System (ATS).
- Build and maintain a strong talent pipeline for current and future hiring.
- Ensure timely closure of positions while maintaining quality standards.
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field.
- Minimum 3 years of recruitment experience, preferably in the logistics domain.
- Strong knowledge of sourcing strategies, screening methods, and ATS platforms.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.
- Ability to meet hiring deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
