Recruiter Saint-Gobain Research India

Manage end-to-end recruitment for low-volume, high-precision engineering & applied R&D roles
Work closely with R&D leaders and hiring managers to understand niche and specialized requirements
Execute targeted sourcing and screening using LinkedIn, Boolean search, and referrals
Handle interview coordination, offer closure, and pre-joining engagement
Role will be on third-party payroll (Build HR), working directly with Saint-Gobain Research India teams
