Position Overview:
We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Recruiter to join our HR team. The Recruiter will be responsible for managing the end-to-end hiring process, sourcing top talent, and ensuring a seamless recruitment experience. The ideal candidate should have excellent communication skills, strong candidate assessment abilities, and a passion for talent acquisition.
Key Responsibilities:
✅ End-to-End Recruitment
- Manage the full recruitment cycle, including job postings, sourcing, screening, interviewing, and hiring.
- Work closely with hiring managers to understand role requirements and business needs.
✅ Candidate Sourcing
- Utilize multiple sourcing channels such as job portals (including Naukri), LinkedIn, social media, referrals, and networking events.
- Proactively build a talent pipeline for future hiring needs.
✅ Screening & Interviewing
- Review resumes and conduct preliminary screenings to assess candidate qualifications and fit.
- Schedule and coordinate interviews (telephonic, virtual, and in-person).
✅ Job Description & Employer Branding
- Collaborate with hiring managers to create clear and compelling job descriptions.
- Support recruitment marketing and employer branding initiatives.
✅ Offer Negotiation & Onboarding
- Extend offers, handle salary negotiations, and ensure a smooth onboarding process.
- Maintain regular communication with candidates throughout the hiring process.
✅ Reporting & Compliance
- Track and report hiring metrics to senior management.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and labor laws.
Preferred Skills & Qualifications:
🎓 Education & Experience:
- Proven experience in recruitment (Technical or Non-Technical hiring preferred).
- Familiarity with HR tools, ATS (Applicant Tracking Systems), and recruitment software.
