Role Overview:

We are seeking a results-driven HR Recruiter with 13 years of experience in Non-IT hiring.

The role involves managing the end-to-end recruitment lifecycle including sourcing,

screening, interviewing, and stakeholder coordination. The ideal candidate should be

comfortable operating in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage end-to-end recruitment for Non-IT roles (Executive to Lateral hiring)
  • Source candidates through job portals, social media, and professional networks
  • Screen and shortlist candidates aligned with client requirements
  • Conduct preliminary interviews and coordinate further selection processes
  • Handle bulk hiring requirements with efficiency and quality
  • Engage directly with clients to understand and deliver hiring needs
  • Plan and execute walk-in drives and recruitment campaigns
  • Visit client locations as required for hiring drives and interviews

Required Skills:

  • Proven experience in sourcing, screening, and interviewing candidates
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced recruitment environment
  • Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
  • Experience in handling client interactions independently
  • Exposure to bulk hiring and Non-IT recruitment

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Prior experience in BPO hiring will be an advantage
  • Ability to manage multiple open positions simultaneously
  • Willingness to travel to client sites as required
