Role Overview:
We are seeking a results-driven HR Recruiter with 13 years of experience in Non-IT hiring.
The role involves managing the end-to-end recruitment lifecycle including sourcing,
screening, interviewing, and stakeholder coordination. The ideal candidate should be
comfortable operating in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage end-to-end recruitment for Non-IT roles (Executive to Lateral hiring)
- Source candidates through job portals, social media, and professional networks
- Screen and shortlist candidates aligned with client requirements
- Conduct preliminary interviews and coordinate further selection processes
- Handle bulk hiring requirements with efficiency and quality
- Engage directly with clients to understand and deliver hiring needs
- Plan and execute walk-in drives and recruitment campaigns
- Visit client locations as required for hiring drives and interviews
Required Skills:
- Proven experience in sourcing, screening, and interviewing candidates
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced recruitment environment
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
- Experience in handling client interactions independently
- Exposure to bulk hiring and Non-IT recruitment
Preferred Qualifications:
- Prior experience in BPO hiring will be an advantage
- Ability to manage multiple open positions simultaneously
- Willingness to travel to client sites as required
