- Source and screen IT candidates through portals like Naukri, Shine.com etc.
- Manage endtoend recruitment lifecycle (sourcing to joining).
- Understand client requirements and job descriptions.
- Coordinate interviews and follow up with candidates and clients.
- Maintain candidate data and recruitment reports.
