HR Recruiter
Work From Office
Location: Kalyan (Mumbai)
Shift timings: 10am-7pm
Responsibilities:
Source and screen candidates through job portals, LinkedIn, and referrals.
Conduct initial interviews and shortlist suitable candidates.
Coordinate interviews with hiring managers.
Manage candidate communication and follow-ups.
Maintain recruitment records and reports.
Support onboarding and offer documentation.
Ensure a smooth and timely hiring.
Requirements:
1. 1+ years of experience into recruitment and other HR activities.
2. Experience into BPO/Bulk hiring is a plus.
3. Good communication skills.
