Upto 25k For Experienced + Incentives (Need Experience into Recruitment only)

Shift Timing : 10.30 am to 7.30 Pm

Sunday FIxed Off + Alternate Saturday off

Description

We are seeking an enthusiastic and dedicated HR Executive / Recruiter to join our team. Responsibilities

• Sourcing candidates through various channels including job boards, social media, and networking events.
• Conducting interviews and assessing candidates to determine their suitability for the role.
• Coordinating with hiring managers to understand job requirements and develop effective recruitment strategies.
• Maintaining and updating the candidate database and tracking recruitment metrics.
• Facilitating onboarding processes for new hires and ensuring a smooth transition into the company.
• Building and maintaining relationships with potential candidates and external recruitment agencies.
